Help Desk
You don't have to have your own, dedicated support staff in order to have a full time help desk. You can take advantage of over thirty years experience we have in supporting people just like you. And we're not talking about a staff with a "combined" thirty years. You know that's a ridiculous way to think of it. After all, an average class of first graders has "over thirty years experience" by the time summer vacation comes around.
You don't have anything that is too old or too new for our help desk to handle.
We have contracted help desk arrangements that allow you support on specific equipment or you can "pay as you go" and only buy as much as you need each month. If all of your equipent is under contract with us then helpdesk calls are free.
All of our clients have access to our extensive knowledgebase if you want to try to find the answers yourself. After all, if you are having a problem then there is a good chance that someone else has had the same problem (or one that is very similar). This resource is provided at no charge with any level of preventative maintenance.
